Co-founder of the production company 4e, Orit Karseboom has been living and breathing production for over 20 years.
She has extensive experience in projects of all sizes and levels of complexity. From conferences and experiential programs to live performances and private events, her productions always reflect her love of creative design.

Bat Chen Yeshua
Co-Founder
Bat Chen Yeshua is the founder of Travelhotels, a hotel chain that currently employs more than 100 people in six locations. After some great experiences at bed & breakfasts abroad, Bat Chen decided to bring the concept to Israel.
An entrepreneur at heart, following the success of her hotel chain, Bat Chen went on to co-found 4e with her business partner, Orit Karseboom. 4e specializes in producing events in hotels and in the exterior spaces surrounding them.
